We started in 2008 in Aburaya-cho, Nagasaki City as ``Plancha,'' a seasonal vegetable dining restaurant where you can enjoy delicious cooking on a griddle right in front of you.

In 2017, we moved to Doza-cho, Nagasaki City and changed our current name to "Nagasaki Teppan Akame" with the aim of creating a shop that is loved by locals and tourists alike! !
